Shipping Policy

We will always endeavour to pack orders within 24 hours of receipt through the trade portal or email and shipping will be via our shipping service.

Apart from Drop Shipping all goods will be sent to the registered place of trading held on our account which will be specified on our invoices, please ensure your shipping address held on account is correct and any changes are notified in writing.

Drop Shipping – customer name, address, email and telephone number are required on the order prior to despatch, Drop Shipping will incur the standard delivery cost of £10 (ex vat)

The buyer is under a duty whenever possible to inspect the Goods on delivery or shortly thereafter (within 24 hours)

Where the goods cannot be examined on delivery or should the buyer be in any way unsure of the state of the goods delivered the carriers note MUST be signed for ‘UNCHECKED’

The seller shall be under no liability for any damage or shortages that would be apparent on reasonable careful inspection if the terms of this clause are not complied with and, in any event will be under no liability if a written complaint is not delivered to the seller within 24 hours of delivery detailing the alleged damage or shortage. Where claiming defective or damaged items the buyer MUST provide photographic proof with their written claim

In all cases where defects or shortages are complained of the seller shall be under no liability in respect thereof unless an opportunity to inspect the goods is supplied to the seller before any use is made thereof or any alteration or modification is made thereto by the buyer.

Subject to conditions above, the seller shall make good any shortage in the goods and where appropriate replace any goods damaged in transit as soon as it is reasonable to do so, but otherwise shall be under no liability whatsoever arising from such shortage or damage.
